High above the entrance hall of the Solano County Government Center in Fairfield, California, I am restoring the sparkle of my 2005 suspended glass installation, “of Capturing a Moment.”
From the lift, I’m carefully cleaning over 1,500 glass spheres—reviving the brilliance of the heaviest piece I’ve ever created.
