Gallery Installations

These installations emerge from the artist’s independent studio practice, developed outside of commissions or collaborations. Drawing on personal experience, they explore material, spatial composition, and metaphor.

Techniques are hot glass and lampworking. These glass elements become the vocabulary for the spatial compositions. Glass elements are often suspended by thin stainless steel cable — with the exception of one piece, Expectations (2011), which used red fabric thread — or installed individually, directly on the wall.

These works were exhibited in galleries across the San Francisco Bay Area between 2011 and 2023, reflecting a period of personal and creative growth amid family life.
